1. Orders & Production All items are made-to-order. Production times vary by item and will be communicated at the time of purchase. TulleMagique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

2. Sizing & Measurements Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. TulleMagique is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
