Refund & Return Policy

At TulleMagique, all of our ballet stage costumes are made-to-order and crafted with the highest level of care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: We will accept a return or offer a replacement only in the following circumstances:

The item received has a manufacturing defect
The item is significantly different from what was described or ordered
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos clearly showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or made-to-measure costumes (no defect)
Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
Sale items
Return Shipping: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1. Orders & Production All items are made-to-order. Production times vary by item and will be communicated at the time of purchase. TulleMagique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

2. Sizing & Measurements Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. TulleMagique is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of TulleMagique and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability TulleMagique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.

6. Changes to Terms TulleMagique reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
