Production & Processing Time
For headpiece and DIY suppliers, we'll ship soon after we process your payment but please allow up to 1 week processing time during busy periods.
All TulleMagique ballet costumes are made-to-order. Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
To make things easy, we've added a Date Picker on the product page — simply select your desired delivery date at checkout, and we'll make sure your order arrives by then.
We always aim to deliver before your selected date. If there's ever an unexpected delay, we'll reach out to you proactively to keep you informed.
Shipping Destinations
We primarily ship to the United States For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 14–21 business days (standard), 5–10 business days (expedited)
- Canada & Mexico: 10–15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Duties
For US customers, we also handle the entire customs clearance process on your behalf — so once you've placed your order, there's nothing left to worry about. Just sit back and wait for your package to arrive at your door. For customers from other countries, customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
TulleMagique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work closely with the carrier to help resolve any issues. Please don't hesitate to contact us if this occurs. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
